Engineers in the planning department work closely with the site manager to decide and develop cost-effective construction and engineering methods to ensure that project deadlines are met. After gathering information of all the activities involved in the project, timelines are arrived at, materials required is calculated. Moreover manpower and machinery to execute the project work within the stipulated time frame is also planned.

Our estimators provide the resource for project management. After analyzing the drawings, specifications and scope of work, they prepare, issue, review supplier and sub-contractor proposals and pricing. Electrons’ cost planners also coordinate with the client on all changes in the scope of work, monitor the progress and identify potential risks. The site personnel are also provided with proper documentation related to complete budgeting and scheduling for the projects.

The quality control team is responsible for supporting the project team on site in developing a project contractor quality control plan customized as per the project specifications. This division develops and manage quality control documentation, provides quality control project inspections, coordinate safety requirements. Moreover, they support the project team and are responsible for auditing the project quality control processes and deliverables that conform to the set standards.

The engineers of Electron are duly authorized by local authorities to perform equipment testing and commissioning. They are responsible for installation and supervision of the project site. They make use of calibrated equipment and measuring instruments to conduct electrical equipment testing. Our testing and commissioning engineers also help to configure control schemes and develop maintenance procedures that help you benefit the most from your systems in terms of reliability and maintainability of the systems.

Our design coordinators and managers allocate the task of CAD drawings to the design section of the electrical and mechanical departments. The design unit is equipped with the high capacity AO Plotter that delivers better quality products and services. The design division ensures that both the respective sections deliver functional designs that optimize performance. Quality control checks are conducted on the CAD drawings by the design coordinators and verified by the management. The CAD drawings are then sent for approval to the project consultant.

The division maintains standards and the metrics required for project management and execution within the organization. Our project managers facilitate monitoring of projects and follow up of the projects until completion, report the progress to top management and arrive at strategic decisions on the ongoing projects.

This sales and marketing team oversee the technical sales. They interact with the engineering team and sales support on the follow up of the project and prepare project reports and price negotiations. This division conducts a market research and with the support of the top management provide the best solution to the customers based on the services offered.
